NinjaTrader Plugin Troubleshooting

There are situations when an error occurs while either connecting to the www.tradingphysics.com web site, or processing the request. In this case, the Plugin will report the error message in the Output Window. Otherwise, the Output Window will be empty. Please follow the steps below to display the Output Window.

1. Open Output Window

Go to the Tools / Output Window.

2. Review the error list

The list will contain errors that occurred during processing. Please contact for issue resolution.
